The new Rex N-KINETIC™ level 4 hydrophobic technology offers superior fluor-free performance for World Cup XC skiing. Applied using an alcohol-based carrier liquid, the hydrophobic surface treatment applied onto ski base is non-toxic, water and dirt-repellent and ultra-fast. A result of intensive R&D, and already used in World Cup races during seasons 18/19 and 19/20!

Snow moisture levels as measured from snow with a Doser meter measuring device:
- D:00 – D:22: Dry snow / kuiva lumi
- D:23 – D:30: Moist snow / kostea lumi
- D:31 – D:55: Wet snow / märkä lumi
- D:56 – D:75: Very wet snow / erittäin märkä lumi
- D:76 – D:100: Slush / vesisohjo
Applying Rex N-Kinetic glide coating:
Apply onto a waxed and brushed ski and let cure for 30 minutes in room temperature. Brush with a nylon brush.
